Body Talks: Anger
Anger is a natural response, so how do we release it? This women's health advocacy workshop gives you space to recognize how anger is stored in your body, honour your body's natural instincts for releasing it, and explore techniques for letting it go while inviting joy and balance into daily life. It works through movement, laughter, sound and community.
Facilitated by Addy (she/they), a recreation therapist, registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and dramatic artist who has led several workshops on navigating difficult feelings and body sensations.
Two sessions to choose from: 6:00 to 7:00 PM or 7:30 to 8:30 PM. $50 per person.
